Starting your own Shvoong Homework account is free and easy.

Registration:
To enable you to communicate with classmates and friends, tell us a bit about yourself.

Designing your timetable:
Here you can form your own personal timetable, with all your classes and exams details. You can even schedule a reminder and set it to some days before the exam! To add a new course, just click on the matching cell.

Once your timetable is set, you can start assemble your friends and classmates lists. To do so, select the My Friends tag.

There, you’re all set. You can now upload your class summaries and homework to your online notebook.
You can access your different notebooks from your timetable, or from the “My Homework” page. Select the class you wish to write homework for by clicking on it.

Get to know your Shvoong Homework notebook:
Each of your notebooks has three sections:

Notebook Content shows your existing content, in three sub-categories: “Homework”, “Summaries” and “Exams”. By clicking on either sub-category, you can see a list of your entries.
Our Action Icons (Save, Print, Determine Access, Send to a Friend and Delete) let you manage each entry according to your needs.

Upload Content allows you to upload new homework, summaries or exams. Set the access control for each entry according to your preferences: share it with “everybody”, or limit it to “my class”, “my friends” or just you.
Fill in the question or assignment you were given, and answer them in space below just like you do on your paper notebook .

Must stop in the middle for something else (we know there’s life out of school)? Just click on the “Save and continue later” button. If you are done, click “Save &Finish” (you will always be able to edit your homework later).

Course Details lets you view and edit your course information.
